Employer Branding
The right moment comes exactly when it’s supposed to. That’s what we realized through our employer branding project with Masterplan. The entire company team gathered at their campus, which is a rare occurrence – employees work from different parts of the country. The upcoming Christmas party further added to the smiles and warm energy, while the interaction we had sparked an additional connection.
Together with them, we captured individual portraits and group shots of their work process, and we were also able to attend their year-end closing meeting.
The cozy and artistic atmosphere accompanied us the entire time.
We learned that good planning yields positive results, precisely because we had carefully considered our next steps for a long time. The people from Masterplan, along with us, showed that motivation and fresh energy never leave a creative atmosphere – even when it’s the end of the year.
